Gramercy

Renovations to this 130 unit apartment complex involved relocating the main entrance of the building and the creation of a new outdoor common space for tenant use, which reflected the international design of the interiors. Improvements include a new dogpark, plantings and site furnishings. The project won the 2009 White Plains Beautification Foundation, Inc. Business Appreciation Award for improvements to the gardens.
